Tim has over thirty years of experience in auditing commercial and not-for-profit concerns throughout New England; servicing a variety of regional nonprofit agencies such as Boston neighborhood health centers, social service agencies, HUD-assisted multi-family residential developments and private foundations. He has served the AICPA in conducting on-site and off-site peer reviews of member firms. He has authored various technical articles for regional publications, and has organized Boston Herald Tax Days; a day-long symposium for tax questions and answers available to the readers of the publication. He is a Board Advisor to the Scleroderma Foundation and the United Way and Treasurer of Masconomet Regional Scholarship Foundation. Tim holds a B.S from Bentley University and holds various security licenses. He serves the profession as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants; where he has been past Chair of several committees.

Julie has over twenty five years of public accounting experience with the firm providing audit, attest and tax services to a broad array of clients. She has developed a specialty in housing, non-profit, government contractors, manufacturing, and professional service companies; with expertise in Government Auditing Standards and government filing requirements. She regularly advises agencies on Uniform Financial Reporting regulations, and Federal, State and other regulatory compliance requirements. She focuses her practice on small business auditing and taxation, with an emphasis on nonprofit auditing and consulting. Her nonprofit client base includes numerous social service agencies located on the North Shore and Southern New Hampshire.

Derek has over fifteen years of public accounting experience. His industry specialties include affordable housing projects, social service agencies and manufacturing enterprises. He has extensive experience auditing nonprofit organizations in accordance with Government Auditing Standards and OMB Circular A-133, as well as those with Massachusetts Uniform Financial Statement filing requirements. Derek holds an M.B.A. from Northeastern University, is a past Treasurer of the Brattle Theatre in Cambridge and is an active member of BNI. He enjoys golfing and movies.

Donna has over eighteen years of experience in public accounting and fifteen years in not-for-profit and SEC operations. Her years of audit experience has been spent specializing in work with not-for-profit agencies, lenders, multi-family housing projects and government and HUD filings. Her corporate experience includes executive roles as CFO, treasurer and COO. The diversity of her background has afforded her consulting opportunities with many not-for-profit agencies. Donna holds a B.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, FL. She serves the profession as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida and Maryland Society of Certified Public Accountants. Also, Donna is a member of the Finance and Audit Committee for the Black and Indian Mission Office, Washington, DC.

Victoria has over thirty-five years of experience working with law firms and accounting firms as an estate administration paralegal, tax preparer, and tax manager. She specializes in fiduciary accounting, including gift tax and estate and trust income tax. Victoria also has extensive experience in preparing complex individual income tax returns, including those involving partnerships, small businesses, and multi-state tax issues. Vicky holds a B.A. from Denison University and an M.B.A. from Suffolk University. Vicky and her family live in Gloucester, MA and enjoy sailing and tennis.

Darlene is also a Quickbooks Pro Advisor; having extensive knowledge of QuickBooks software installation and support.

David has over forty years of experience helping not-for-profit organizations and their Boards achieve their financial goals. In addition to providing audit, accounting and tax services, he serves in an advisory capacity to clients with frequent involvement in valuations, acquisitions, inventory management, budgeting and other areas. He has additional experience in consulting with a "Big Six" accounting firm and as a lender with a large national bank. He is Treasurer of the Annisquam Yacht Club and is an avid sailor. David holds a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. He serves the profession as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Russ has over forty years of experience as an auditor, business and tax advisor to a variety of closely-held businesses and not-for-profit agencies. He served the Internal Revenue Service in the Boston and Chicago offices as well as the National Office in Washington, D.C. His experience includes supervision of the audit of some of the largest companies in the country and assignment as Associate Chief of the Chicago office of IRS Appeals. His experience with the examination process and tax issues has led to consultation engagements with other CPA firms on particularly difficult and complex tax cases. Russ holds a B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts. He serves the profession as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
